Overview

At Sappy, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. As our items are consumable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we’re here to help.

You may choose one of the following:

  • Request a refund for the affected product
  • Request a replacement (correct product to be shipped again)

This will be processed based on your preference after review.


Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Please share:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
    • Description of the issue

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 4–7 working days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or shared account details

Order Cancellation & Changes
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
